Cashhive — Terms of Service

Version: 0.1-beta · Last updated: 2026-08-11 · Effective date: [NOT YET IN FORCE]

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cashhive, the rewards platform available at joincashhive.com (the "Service"). Cashhive is operated by [Operator Legal Name], an individual proprietor based in Vietnam ("Cashhive", "we", "us").

The following policies are part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference:

If these Terms conflict with a policy above on a topic that policy specifically covers, the specific policy controls.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Cashhive Is

Cashhive is a get-paid-to ("GPT") rewards platform. You complete surveys and offers provided by third-party partners, earn coins, and redeem coins for real-world rewards (PayPal balance, gift cards, and — when enabled — cryptocurrency) at a fixed, public exchange rate of 1,000 coins = $1.00 USD. Coins are a promotional loyalty unit, not money. See the Points & Rewards Policy.

You never deposit money with Cashhive. We never accept, hold, or transmit funds on your behalf. All payouts are delivered through licensed third-party payment rails (currently Tremendous).

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:

  1. You are 18 years of age or older. The Service is strictly 18+. We use a date-of-birth gate and an explicit "I confirm I am 18 or older" checkbox at registration, and will close any account we determine belongs to a person under 18 (see Section 10.4).
  2. You reside in a supported country: the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia.
  3. You are not in an excluded territory. The Service is not available in:
    • the European Union / European Economic Area (we geo-block EU/EEA at this stage);
    • territories subject to comprehensive OFAC sanctions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions;
    • Russia and Belarus (payout rails are unavailable);
    • any other country where the Service would be unlawful or where our payout partners cannot deliver rewards.
  4. You are not on a sanctions list (including the OFAC SDN list) and are not acting on behalf of anyone who is.
  5. You have not previously been banned from the Service.

We verify eligibility using self-declared information, IP geolocation, and payout-partner checks. Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your location is prohibited conduct (Section 7).

3. Your Account

  1. One account per person. Also: no more than one account per device and per household. If two adults in one household each want an account, contact support before registering the second account so we can whitelist it — otherwise it may be flagged as multi-accounting.
  2. Accurate information. You must register with your own, accurate information and keep it current. Payout destinations (e.g., your PayPal email) must belong to you.
  3. Account security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
  4. No transfers. Accounts and coins are personal to you and may not be sold, lent, shared, or transferred.
  5. Verification. We may require email verification, phone verification, identity verification (KYC) at your first cashout and at cumulative-payout thresholds, and tax forms at the thresholds described in Section 11 and the Points & Rewards Policy.

4. Coins, Earning, and Cashouts

The coin system — including the fixed exchange rate (1,000 coins = $1.00 USD), pending holds by offer type (maximum 45 days, disclosed per offer), advertiser reversals and clawback limits, the $5.00 minimum cashout, payout methods and timelines, and the 12-month dormancy policy — is governed by the Points & Rewards Policy. Key protections you keep under that policy:

5. Third-Party Offers and Partner Walls

  1. Surveys and offers are provided by third-party partners — currently ayeT-Studios, Torox, CPX Research, and BitLabs — and by the advertisers behind them. When you open a partner wall, that partner processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy (see our Privacy Policy, Section 4).
  2. Each offer's requirements, coin reward, and hold window are shown before you start it. Complete offers honestly and exactly as described; partial or dishonest completion may be rejected by the advertiser.
  3. Crediting for many offers depends on confirmation by the partner or advertiser. We do not control their decisions, but if your completed offer is not credited, you may use the missing-credit process in the app, and you always retain the appeal rights in the Fraud & Enforcement Policy.
  4. Offers may be withdrawn or changed by partners at any time before you complete them.

6. No Earnings Guarantee

Cashhive is not a job, an investment, or a way to make a living. Earnings depend on offer availability, your demographics, and partner decisions, and most users earn modest amounts. Any figures we publish in marketing are typical-earnings figures with evidence, not promises. We guarantee only what the Points & Rewards Policy states: earned, confirmed coins convert at the fixed public rate.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  1. Multi-accounting — create or control more than one account, or evade a ban by registering again (see Section 3.1 for the household exception process).
  2. Location misrepresentation — use VPNs, proxies, residential-proxy services, or GPS/geo spoofing to hide or misrepresent your country or to access the Service from an unsupported or excluded territory.
  3. Automation — use bots, scripts, emulators, virtual machines, device-farm tooling, or automated form-fillers to interact with the Service or partner offers.
  4. Survey/offer fraud — provide false demographic or survey answers, complete offers with fake or fraudulent information, use stolen payment instruments for deposit offers, or charge back / instantly refund deposit offers after crediting.
  5. Referral self-dealing — refer yourself, refer accounts you control, run referral spam, or use incentivized/misleading referral promotion. The referral program (when enabled) is one-tier only; referral rewards obtained through fraud are subject to clawback.
  6. Payout abuse — cash out to payment accounts that are not yours, or that are shared across multiple Cashhive accounts.
  7. Attacks on the Service — probe, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its anti-fraud systems.
  8. Unlawful use — use the Service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any illegal purpose.

The Fraud & Enforcement Policy explains how we detect violations and the penalty ladder we apply.

8. Enforcement and Due Process

We enforce these Terms using the graduated penalty ladder in the Fraud & Enforcement Policy (warning → hold → forfeiture of fraudulent earnings only → ban). Our commitments to you:

  1. Notice. If we restrict, hold, or close your account, we will notify you at your registered email with the reason category and the coins affected. (We may withhold details that would expose our fraud-detection methods, and we may delay notice where law requires or where notice would enable further fraud.)
  2. Proportionality. Forfeiture is limited to coins we determine were earned through the violation. Legitimately earned, confirmed coins remain redeemable even when an account is closed — unless the account itself was fundamentally fraudulent (e.g., a bot or ban-evasion account) as described in the Fraud & Enforcement Policy.
  3. Appeal to a human. You have 30 days from our notice to appeal to [email protected]. Appeals are reviewed by a human, not an automated system, and we aim to respond within 10 business days. See Fraud & Enforcement Policy, Section 9.
  4. Investigation holds are bounded. A hold pending investigation lasts no longer than 30 days unless we notify you of a specific extension (see Fraud & Enforcement Policy, Section 7). Holds are never indefinite.

9. Suspension and Termination

  1. By you. You may close your account at any time in settings or by emailing [email protected]. If your confirmed balance is at or above the $5.00 minimum, you may cash out before closure (KYC requirements still apply). Confirmed balances below the minimum are forfeited on voluntary closure; pending coins that later confirm within 45 days may be paid out on request.
  2. By us. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms (with the due process in Section 8), where required by law or sanctions, or if we discontinue the Service.
  3. Service discontinuation. If we shut down the Service entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice and a window to redeem confirmed balances at or above the cashout minimum.
  4. Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive (including accrued payout obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms) survive termination.

10. Additional Rules

  1. Changes to offers and features. We may add, change, or remove Service features. Changes to coin economics are governed by the prospective-only rule in the Points & Rewards Policy.
  2. Intellectual property. The Service, including the Cashhive name, logo, and site content, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
  3. Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
  4. Under-18 discovery. If we determine an account holder is under 18, we will close the account, void its coins, and delete its personal data per the Privacy Policy. No payouts are made to minors.
  5. Beta status. During beta, the Service is provided on a test basis, features may break, and we may cap registrations and cashout volumes.

11. Taxes

Rewards may be taxable income in your country. You are responsible for reporting rewards as income to your tax authority. We may request tax forms (e.g., IRS Form W-9 for U.S. persons or W-8 series for others) once your cumulative payouts reach reporting thresholds — currently $2,000 USD per calendar year for U.S. users [LAWYER: confirm 1099 obligations, if any, for a non-US operator; box classification; backup-withholding handling]. If a required tax form is not provided, we may pause cashouts above the threshold until it is.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OFFERS WILL BE AVAILABLE, THAT PARTNERS OR ADVERTISERS WILL CONFIRM COMPLETIONS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING THE UK CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 AND THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW). [LAWYER: jurisdiction-specific consumer-law carve-outs — checklist question #8]

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (i) THE USD VALUE OF YOUR CONFIRMED COIN BALANCE AT THE TIME THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (ii) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING LIMITS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW. [LAWYER: validate cap amount and structure against UK CRA 2015 unfair-terms rules and US state consumer statutes]

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service. [LAWYER: consumer-context enforceability]

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

[LAWYER: choose governing law and forum in light of operator structure (currently: individual proprietor in Vietnam; possible future US LLC — Wyoming). Decide: (a) governing law clause; (b) arbitration vs. courts, with small-claims carve-out; (c) class-action waiver enforceability; (d) UK/CA/AU consumer mandatory-law overrides. See legal-compliance-checklist.md §8 questions #2 and #8. Until counsel signs off, this section is intentionally left open and no arbitration requirement is imposed.]

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and in-app before the new terms take effect, and changes to coin value or earned balances are always prospective-only per the Points & Rewards Policy. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, close your account and redeem any eligible balance before the effective date.
