Cashhive — Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms ("Referral Terms") supplement the Terms of Service and are incorporated into them by reference. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. If these Referral Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on referral topics, these Referral Terms control.

1. How the Program Works

1. Every eligible member gets a personal referral link/code.
2. When a new user ("Referred User") registers through your link, passes verification, and meets the qualification condition in §3, you (the "Referrer") earn referral rewards under §2.
3. The program is one tier only. You earn from the activity of people you directly refer — never from people they refer. There are no chains, downlines, or multi-level structures, and there is never a fee to join. Cashhive is not a multi-level marketing program.

2. Reward Formula (fixed and public)

1. Referral reward: 5% of the coins your Referred User earns from completed, confirmed offers and surveys, credited to you as bonus coins.
2. The bonus is paid by Cashhive from its own margin — nothing is deducted from the Referred User's earnings. They earn exactly what they would have earned without a referrer.
3. Referral bonuses follow the same pending/hold rules as the underlying earnings (Points & Rewards Policy): if the Referred User's earning is pending, reversed, or clawed back, the matching bonus is pending, reversed, or clawed back with it.
4. Cap: referral bonuses stop accruing from a given Referred User 12 months after their registration and are capped at 50,000 coins ($50.00) per Referred User. [LAWYER: confirm cap + duration disclosure meets UK CPRs / FTC clarity expectations.]
5. Changes to the formula are prospective only (they apply to earnings after the effective date of the change, announced ≥30 days ahead). Bonuses already earned keep their value.

3. Qualification

A Referred User counts (and bonuses begin accruing) only after all of the following:

1. They register through your link/code as a genuinely new user (no prior Cashhive account);
2. They complete identity/anti-fraud verification applicable at the time;
3. They complete at least one offer or survey that is confirmed (not merely pending).

4. Prohibited Conduct

All prohibitions in the Fraud & Enforcement Policy apply. In addition, the following forfeit referral rewards and may lead to account action:

1. Self-referral — referring yourself, accounts you control, or members of your household/device.
2. Incentivized or deceptive promotion — paying people to sign up, promising them a share of your bonus, buying ads that impersonate Cashhive, or making earnings claims that violate §5.
3. Spam — unsolicited bulk messages, comment spam, posting links where the platform's rules prohibit them.
4. Misrepresentation — presenting yourself as Cashhive staff, using Cashhive's name/logo in a way that implies you are Cashhive.

5. What You May Say When Promoting (required by law)

When you share your link publicly you are endorsing Cashhive, so consumer-protection rules (FTC in the US, CMA/ASA in the UK, ACCC in AU) apply to you:

1. No earnings hype. Never state or imply guaranteed income, "passive income", or atypical results ("I made $500 in a week") without clearly disclosing typical results. If in doubt, only share the fixed rate (1,000 coins = $1.00) and your own honest, typical experience.
2. Disclose the connection. Say that you earn a bonus when someone joins through your link (e.g., "#ad" / "referral link — I earn a small bonus").
3. On TikTok, use the platform's commercial-content disclosure toggle where applicable.

Violations of this section forfeit related bonuses (§4) — Cashhive's own marketing is held to the same standard.

6. Program Changes and Termination

The program may be paused or ended at any time. Bonuses already confirmed at the time of the change are honored; accrual stops prospectively. Fraud-related forfeitures under §4 survive program termination. Appeals follow the process in the Fraud & Enforcement Policy.
